Review the confirmation and complete price carefully. Leaving checkout does not create a completed purchase; unpaid reservations expire automatically.
After payment
Cancellation requests after payment may require review because provider fees, dispatch or seller obligations may already apply.
Problems with an item
Report non-delivery, damage, counterfeit concerns or material differences through the order page within the displayed protection period. Keep the item, packaging, photographs and messages while the case is reviewed.
Returns
Use the approved return method and tracking by the stated deadline. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the required checks.
